Technical Support
Our Support Policy
We have a very simple Technical Support policy. If you have a current Maintenance
Plan, you receive unlimited Technical Support at no additional cost. If you do not
have the Maintenance Plan, there is a $65 monthly charge for support. This is only
assessed on the months you require technical support.
AndraTech Software will provide any of our customers support for issues that are
related to a bug in our software.

Our Support Promise
Technical support is an odd thing. Everyone claims to have the best. The truth is, technical support is
nearly impossible to compare between companies. We will provide you with
top-notch support as our technical support staff are also the programmers of
Self-Storage Pro, which means they are intimately knowledgeable of every aspect
of the program.
We will promise you this:
- We will never leave you without a solution to your problem.
- We will never try to blame outside elements, such as the operating system, or so forth.
- We will never talk down to you. Our support staff is very knowledgable and can easily provide information in layman's terms.
- We know we are fortunate to have the opportunity to serve you, so we will give you our best support possible using the least amount of your valuable time.
