• Added ability to reprint and/or resend e-mail of the last statement.
• Added SSL and TLS to SMTP e-mail to support accounts like Gmail.
• Fixed some minor issues with the tenant and units lists.
• Foreign languages previously showed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and so on.  Fixed to only show this in English.

V3.10 - Released: 30 June 2010 - This is a major release of Self-Storage Pro. An upgrade is required for this release, or free if your maintenance plan is up-to-date.

• Self-Storage Pro is PA-DSS compliant.

NOTE: If X-Charge is being used, it must be upgraded to v7.1.1 or higher.

V3.00 - Released: 8 December 2009 - This is a major release of Self-Storage Pro. An upgrade is required for this release, or free if your maintenance plan is up-to-date.

• Changed User Interface. We have modernized the user interface to enhance usability.
• Added Mail Merge. Now you can generate form letters and print them for any of your customers.
• Added SMTP E-mail. Now the program can send e-mail independently of any external program.
• Added percentage capability to late fees.
• Added suppression of letters and fee when a tenant has a credit to cover the next month's rent.
• Fixed the automatic daily processing dialog so it is now responsive during processing.
• Updated the optimize functionality to reduce logo size from letters. This will help reduce database and backup size.

v2.80 - Released: 3 January 2009 - This is a full point release. An upgrade purchase is required for this release, or free if your maintenance plan is up-to-date.

• This release contains the widely requested prorating option. The program now provides a flexible prorating scheme that allows for several configuration options requested by all our valued customers.
• The FormEdit program, which allows you to customize all your form letters, has been enhanced to navigate through the various fields. It displays a tooltip describing what the field is for and shows samples of what the field will be replaced by when a letter or notice is generated.
• The issue with backup files growing quickly due to large logos placed in the form letters has been minimized.
• A feature was added to display a tenants notes when they are selected from the Accounts screen. This valuable feature provides the program user with any important data that needs to be brought to their attention when this tenant is selected.

v2.71 - Released: 13 August 2007 - This is a maintenance release and is free to everyone using v2.70.

• This release is required by anyone using X-Charge v6.2. X-Charge has changed the location of several files required by Self-Storage Pro, and this version will find them.
• It also fixes a problem when taking payments and setting up new rentals on the tenant's due date. When taking payments for more than one month, the next payment due date would not advance. It is now fixed.
• This release is also in preparation for v2.80, which will be our international release.
• PLEASE NOTE: Several reports have been changed and will need to be downloaded from our website for this release. This can be done directly from the software via Reports | Import | From the Web.

v2.70 - Released: 21 December 2006 - This is a full point release. The long awaited Recurring Payment (Billing) feature is included in this release.

v2.60 - Released: 6 May 2006 - This is a full point release. Starting with this release, Self-Storage Pro now incorporates the Windows XP look and feel. We've added the option to manually perform daily processing, instead of always automatic. This feature is designed for facilities that don't have an on-site manager to update data on a daily basis. Added the capability to print each individual tenant's transaction data. We've also added the ability to login automatically.

v2.53 - Released: 27 February 2006 - This is a maintenance release and is free to anyone with v2.50 or greater. Added the capability to backup directly to removable media (i.e., Jump Drives, Floppies, Drive Enabled CDRWs, etc.). Enhanced monetary, numeric, and date/time values to properly handle all locale variations of most languages.

v2.52 - Released: 24 October 2005 - This is a maintenance release and is free to anyone with v2.50 or greater. Enhanced the refresh rate of the various lists within the software. Fixed a minor issue associated with adding "Existing Tenants" who have a balance.

v2.51 - Released: 17 September 2005 - This is a maintenance release and is free to anyone with v2.50 or greater. Fixes minor issues with the "List By" feature when view by Unit Number.

v2.50 - Released: 1 September 2005 - Changed program to assess the monthly cycle on the day the payment is due instead of the day after. Added Effective Date to statement and receipt data in the custom letters and notices. Added capability to accept payment from the Visual Facility Map screen. Changed the Accounts screen to display the master list by "account number" or "unit number". Added the configuration item to allow you to specify when in the month to print statements. Added the "Facility Use / Repair" status to the Visual Facility Map screen. Now you can designate units that are for facility use or under repair.

v2.40 - Released: 25 July 2005 - Added capability of global rate changes. Now you can schedule a rate change and print notices to send to your customers.

v2.33 - Released: 25 May 2005 - Added capability to print the Visual Facility Map, edit units directly from the "Unit Information" tab of the accounts screen. When entering existing tenants, the program will now generate "Rental Agreement" and "Rules and Regulations" letters.

v2.32 - Released: 28 March 2005 - Enhanced late fee processing to include daily late fee generation. Added "Optimize Database" option to purge deleted data within all the database tables. Added an "Effective Date" column to the Accounts list.

v2.31 - Released: 25 February 2005 - Added option to display Unit Numbers in the Visual Facility Map. Changed the database structure to accommodate more reports. Modified the "Payments Received" report to include the type of payment received (i.e., Cash, Check, Money Order, or Credit Card). Added "Payment Distribution" report to show all the details of what a payment covers. Added a "Deposit Slip" report.

v2.30 - Released: 10 January 2005 - Added X-Charge integrated credit card processing service. Also made several minor usability enhancements.

v2.20 - Released: 26 July 2004 - Made changes to the databases to prepare for X-Charge integration.

v2.12 - Released: 12 April 2004 - Fixed a minor bug when entering "Existing Tenants". Also added reporting capability for future reports.

v2.11 - Released: 9 April 2004 - Added new reporting capability to allow sorting by various criteria.

v2.10 - Released: 22 March 2004 - Added the capability to manually change the tenant due date and status via the new Account Information tab on the Accounts screen. Tenant Notes are also now available.
