Policy
We have a very simple Technical Support policy. If
you have a current Maintenance
Plan, you receive unlimited Technical Support at no
additional cost. If you
do not have the Maintenance Plan, there is a $65 monthly charge
for support. This is only assessed on the months you
require technical support.
Other property management software companies charge for
both Technical Support and Maintenance Plan.
We encourage you to obtain and maintain your Maintenance
Plan current in order to keep current with the latest release.
It's a win-win situation for both our technical support staff
and you. You win because get the newest features
available in our software, and our technical support wins
because they get to support the latest version instead of an
older version. Also, it is a much more cost effective than buying each
major upgrade.

we will get back with you very shortly; usually within a few

Since our technical support staff helps in development of
the software, they are fully versed in all aspects of the
software. Once you have contacted a support person, they
will work with you through out your issue until it is
solved. You will not be bounced around to several
technicians who don't know what they're doing. They are
also experts in the various Windows® operating
systems.
