Self-Storage Pro

Our signature Maintenance Plan for Self-Storage Pro allows you to receive all updates and upgrades, and unlimited technical support for the duration of the plan.  The maintenance plan comes in 1-year package increments.  All updates/upgrades are downloadable via the web, or for a small processing fee they can be mailed on CD-ROM.

The Maintenance Plan includes the following:

• Unlimited downloadable updates.  Updates are any minor release to the software.
• Unlimited downloadable upgrades.  Upgrades are any major releases to the software.  Non-subscribers will have to purchase a new version of the software at the current upgrade price.
• Unlimited technical support (e-mail or phone).
• Access to all downloadable reports.
• Special offers only available to subscribers.

NOTE: You must have a current maintenance plan to be eligible to purchase additional years.  If the plan is expired, you must purchase a Self-Storage Pro upgrade to able to reinstate your maintenance plan.  All Self-Storage Pro purchases come with at least a 30-day maintenance plan.  The additional maintenance plan must be purchased prior to that expiration.
